Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our yo-yos, skill toys, and accessories. We will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if your products are found to be faulty.  All products must be returned to us (at your cost), with all packaging included and we will contact you with regards to your return once we have received the faulty item.

For change of mind purchases, product must be unused and in original packaging.  You can return it to us (at your cost), and once returned in original condition, we will refund you the cost of the yoyo (not including the shipping cost).
