We stand by the quality of our yo-yos, skill toys, and accessories. We will happily offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Just make sure you have the original packaging, and that the yoyo is not damaged at all.
All we ask is that you return the item to us (at your cost), and we will exchange or refund your purchase (minus postage costs).
